ABSTRACT

                        The thesis is of the aim to study and compare the satisfaction possessed by the Educational Personnel’s and the Educational Personnel’s and the Secondary School Students toward the management of leasing and teaching the Dhammas in Amnuaysild Dhoburi Secondary Schools. The exemplary groups used in the research work are the Educational people and the students of the numbers of 159. The instruments used in this research work are :- the questionnaires, the percentage, the average, the standard deviation, the t – test, and the one – way ANOVA with the statistic point of the level of 0.05

                        From the research, it in found that

                        1.  most of the answerers of the questionnaires are male of 82 persons, at the percentage of 51.6. The academicians are of the numbers of 29 persons, and the Secondary School students are the numbers of 53 persons. The educational person are of the ages of more than 40 years, are of the numbers 27 persons at the percentage of 17.0. The students, who are of the ages lower than 20 years, are of the numbers 59 persons at the percentage of 59.7. Most of the educational persons of the numbers of 55 have the bachelor degrees at the percentage of 34.8. They are the students in the third year of the numbers of 39, at the percentage of 24.5. Most of the learners of Dhamasueksha Do are of the numbers of 78 at the percentage of 49.1. Those who study Dhamasueksha Ek are of the numbers of 53 at the percentage of 33.3. Those who study Dhamasueksha Tri are of the numbers of 28 at  the percentage of 17.6.

                        2.  From educational satisfaction Possessed by the Educational officers and the Students toward the management of learning and teaching in Amnuaysild Dhoburi School, it is found that it is generally at the highest level. When it is considered side by side, on 4 sides, it is found that most of the students are satisfied with the teachers at the highest level. lower than teat, it is the essence of the subject of Dhamasueksha and the method of teaching, including the provision of the things to Cause the convenience and the general administration to arise.

                3.  The results of the comparison of the personnel’s, satisfaction regarding the education and the Secondary School fow and the teaching of Dhamasueksha in Amnuavsild Dhoburi School, are generally not different with important point is statistic at the level of 0.05. When it is considered side by side, it is found that the educational personnel’s ore of satisfaction on 4 sides more than the students at the Secondary School with the statistical importtaiec of 0.05.
