Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1) to study public opinion on Administrative Affairs Ministry in Nongbualamphu Province 2) to compare public opinion on Administrative Affairs Ministry in Nongbualamphu province. Classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions. Clergy in the management of Nongbualamphu province. The samples used in research by people in Nongbualamphu province of 400 questionnaires used in research to find quality Determination of the accuracy of the content (Content Validity) experts, 5, and reliability. (Reliability) equal to 0.956 by analysis of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD) statistical hypothesis testing using t test (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA).

              The findings of this study are concluded as follows :

              Public opinion toward the Administration Affairs Ministry in the province of Nongbualamphu and 6 were overall at a high level. Based on each side were at a high level on all sides.

              The recommendations relating to the administration of monastic affairs in Nongbualamphu province that should be divided in sub-rule for parents throughout. Increased tolerance for surveillance inside the temple. Should organize a meeting every month for monks and novices tidiness Should provide rules equally. Should have the support of the monks and novices from the public and private. Should support the study and the divine in Bali should be recruiting high-caliber personnel in the divine and Pali in the high class teaching should have the support of secular and spiritual aspect. Should provide scholarships to the monks and novices who passed to increase staff morale, should be supported in scholarships for students to study in high-level or above should be comprised of meditation. For the general public. Buddhist monks and novices. Promotion and training Neu Buddhism monks. Buddhist monks and novices should have training or meditation practices or be provided in accordance with fair and reasonable discussion. Camps should be moral. Camp or Buddhist children should always focus on principles of equity to show more. Should be allocated to meet the number of monks and novices to reduce congestion. Construction should be controlled not to unnecessarily Should understand the use of public land to unity. Should have support to build various facilities around the temple and should not be activities that are not related to the Buddhist temple.
