Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the state of teachers’ teaching and learning management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province, to develop teachers’ teaching and learning management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province, and to propose a guideline of development in teachers’ teaching and learning management according to Iddhipada principles in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province.  The data were collected from 73 Phrapariyattidhamma school teachers by questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and then analyzed by descriptive statistics and the hypothesis was tested by inferential analysis.

              The results of the study found that:

              1. The state of teachers’ teaching and learning management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province in 4 aspects; curriculum, teaching and learning, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation, was at the high level overall.

              2. The development of teachers’ teaching and learning management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province consisted of 1) curriculum development, 2) teaching and learning development, 3) instructional media development, and 4) measurement and evaluation development.

              3. The guideline in development of teachers’ teaching and learning management in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, in Phetchabun province is that these four procedures; aspiration, perseverance, thoughtfulness, and investigation, should be incorporated in every aspect of management.
