The objectives of research paper were (1) to study construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province, (2) to compare the opinions of monks towards construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province. The research methodology was the mixed method research, that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 250 monks in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance. And the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

             The findings of this research were as following:

             1. Construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province, overall, was in the middle at mean of 3.83, when considering in each aspect found that in high level all aspects. The aspect of personnel was at the high scale, the average was 3.87. The aspect of budget was at the high scale, the average was 3.80. The aspect of material was at the high scale, the average was 3.81. The aspect of personnel management was at the high scale, the average was 3.86.

             2. The comparison of opinions monks towards construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province, classified by personal data, found that status, age, years of being monks, general education, and Dhamma education were not different. The hypothesis was rejected.

             3. The problems and obstacles for construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province found that some monk and novice who work have not been honored, some temples do not get cooperation from people in the area, some Sangha administrators have no expertise in accounting, some temples do not provide opportunities for people to get involved as they should. And, the suggestions for construction management of Sangha in Muangsamutsongkram district, Samutsongkram province found that should be given the honor of the monks who takes care of construction, should be encouraged for the people awareness in the importance of the public assistant, should be trained and given knowledge about for the for the Sangha administrator, furthermore, the Sangha administrator who lack of experience, should be encouraged the public to participate in the administration.
