The objectives of this research were 1. to study the effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province, 2.to compare the effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district,  Phetchaburi province, 3.to study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions to the effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province. This research was the mixed research method. For quantitative research, the data were collected by using the questionnaire with the 186 monks in the area of Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province with reliability of the data at 0.90. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage and standard deviation, and hypothesis testing. The t-test and F-test were used by one-way analysis of variance. In the case of three or more variables comparison of the difference between the two with the least significant difference, and in-depth interviews. There are 12 key informants as tool for this research with an interview. To analyze data as content analysis techniques. The information from the interview and then data was analyzed through content analysis technique.

     The findings of this research were as follows :

     The monks who had an opinions on the effectiveness of educational welfare management  of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province.  The overall was the moderate mean at 3.13 and deviation with 0.237, when considered in each aspect , found that the monks had the effectiveness of educational welfare management  of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province in overall ,was the moderation level. The mean value from the most to least with as aspect for the Buddhist Sunday Center at 3.14, the pre-school training center at the temple and Phapariyattidhamma school in general education with 3.14 in the Buddhist Scripture School, 3.14 in the Buddhist charity school, in Buddhism equaled to 3.09.

      2. The findings of the monks' opinions on classified by personal data, found that the monks with the status and educational background opinions on the effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province were not significantly different. The assumption was rejected but age, ordination year, education qualification in general, Dhamma qualification had opinions on effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province.  An assumption was accepted with significantly statistics at 0.05 level. The hypothesis was based on the research hypothesis.

              3. Problems, obstacles, and suggestions on the effectiveness of educational welfare management of Sangha organization in Khao Yoi district, Phetchaburi province

,found that the charity schools in Buddhism lack of experienced teachers.The lack of budget. There should be teachers who are capable of teaching and Establish a budget to spend. The Center for Buddhist Studies Sunday. Young people are distant from the temple, not interested in attending classes. Should have a publicity. And give praise to the youth. Educators and graduates In the pre-school children's training center in the temple. Staff not trained. The teacher should be trained to understand the principles of teaching children. And the poor children's welfare. The problem is not enough teachers and lack of modern equipment. The monks act as teachers. The scholarship is available for study.
