The problems toward temple management as community center according to vision of Thailand 4.0 policy in Suanphueng district of Ratchaburi province found that the number of monks and novices was decreasing, especially, those who intended to ordain in long-time periods and determinedly devoted themselves to Buddhism because of most traditional ordination in short-time periods. These made temples continuously lack of key persons in temple management as community center, especially, the new generation of monks and novices who had leadership and high educational degree that usually ordained in short-time periods. Most of monks who ordained in long-time periods were old, so the temple development according to vision of Thailand 4.0 policy required innovation and technology to drive policy. If the old monks were not able to adjust themselves trendily, there was not anything to develop into modernism. The money aspect was found that the asset management of temple was not transparent, so it caused to negate faith of Buddhists. The material aspect was found that bathroom cleanliness, religious place, the strength of building and monastery, and residence for white suit should be divided between male and female and separated from the residence of Buddhist monks. The management aspect was found that there was no strategic plan for temple development, so it made lack of principle, wasted the opportunity and the time.

The personal aspect was found that monks and novices should be encouraged to attend class in higher educational degree in order to motivate and guarantee the security in self-dedication to Buddhism in the long run. The money aspect was found that financial management should do financial accounting, financial statement for systematically displaying revenue and expenditure and was able to check back in all relevant financial activities. The material aspect was found that the main 5S should be implemented continuously and consistently by cooperation with many divisions. The management aspect was found that the policy, strategy, and projects of temple development should be continuously planned by integrating appropriately with each temple, and monitored the progress of the going concern.
