The objectives of this research were as follows 1) to study the community holistic health promotion in the health service area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province, 2) to study of factors affecting community holistic health promotion in the health service area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province and 3) to study the guideline for development in holistic health promotion in the health service area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province. This is a mix method of qualitative and quantitative research. The samples were people who live in the area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province and composed of village volunteer, teacher monk, community leader, sample size by kreja’e and Morgan’s table management, The samples were about 341 persons. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire of the reliability of 0.926. The statistics were analyzed as  fallows ; percentage, mean, standard deviation sampling by simple random sampling and with 10 key informants by purposive sampling.

The findings were as follows

1. The community holistic health in the area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province by overview was at more level for all aspects, and considered in each aspects found that all aspects were at more level.             ( =4.00) And there were as follows the aspect of  Wisdom health ( =4.24)  was the highest mean and followed up the  a aspect  of Social health( = 3.96)  and the  a aspect  of Physical health  and  Mental health of the lowest mean ( = 3.90)

2. The factors which are effected to promotion of holistic health of community in responsibility area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province which are composed of five factors namely: factor of personal, factor of community economics, factor of development method, factor of supporting from private and government sectors, and factor of administration management which are influenced to fulfilment promotion of holistic health in community in responsible area of Banbosai health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province and to be accepted by people in community and out of community.

3. The guideline for promotion of community holistic health in the service area of Banbosai sub-district health promotion hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province in four aspects i.e. 1) Physical health development; the community had co-operated with hospital, there should arrange for leader as coverage in all community by training of village volunteers and community leader for more competency for leader in management of community holistic health for sustainable activities, there should bring all donated money to manage and promote a good health 2) The guideline for mental health development : there should have training for health working staffs as more throughout to public of information and understanding of promotion in mental health as more and more and there should have integration between organizations which are working in mental health as solidarity. 3) Social health development; office or organization which have the same activities should be co-operated and there should have variety of activities according to community needs, and 4) wisdom health development : there should bring  “HTS” (Home, Temple and School) to work as strictly throughout reform the activity in accordance with community way of life for wisdom health learning passing on Buddhist activities.
