The Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province., with the objective , were: (1) to study the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. (2) to study problems with the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, and (3) to study the model of the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province which was qualitative research, collecting data from studies, documents and research related to the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province and analyze the problems of temple development to be a cultural tourist Tourism in Bangsaphan District Prachuapkhirikhan Province by in-depth interview of 17 Key informants. The research tools used for data collection were the in-depth interview. by analyzing the content of descriptive content.

The Findings of research were as following:

1. the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, will be effected by social and economic changes and politics so much that there are many religious views either optimistic or positive but Buddhism is still considered to have a lot of cultural influence in the minds of Thai people. and expressed in the form of archaeological sites, artifacts, traditions, habits, culture or mercy and liberality These may be referred to as characteristics that exist in Thai society. which is characterized by the culture of the community and Buddhism.

2. The problems of the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province Due to the impact of economic and social development under globalization Which is both diverse and the Development of the Temple as a Cultural Tourism in Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan province. The four problems are (1) the management of religious places (2) the management of religious people (3) the management of activities (4) environmental management which effected in many social problems.

Buddhism principles is an important foundation of Thai culture because Thai people respect Buddhism for a long time and Buddhism principle in Buddhism has melted into the Thai way Became the foundation of the way of life of Thai people in all aspects like ways of life, living, languages, traditions and morals considered as a guideline for self-practice so that people behave well, behave like creating good prosperity and mental stability. For the benefits of their happiness and society which, the people in the society have deteriorated, believe in the principles of Buddhism, Buddhism will make it part of the development of temples as a cultural tourism in Bangsaphan District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province.
