The aims of this research were: 1) to study the administration of 23rd Military Student Training Center based on IV Iddhipāda Dhamma (Pāli: iddhipāda, path of accomplishment); 2) to study the suggested ways of the center administration. This study employed a mixed methods research with the 123 populations of the army officers at the center; 12 of those were purposively selected as the samples of the research. The tools used in this research were 1) a questionnaire with its reliability of .97 and 2) a structured interview form. The statistics used in the quantitative research were: Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, f-test and One Way ANOVA. The descriptive analysis was used to interpret the obtained data.
The research results were as follows:
1) The administration of the training center in overall and each aspect perspectives were rated at a high level. The highest can be seen in the aspect of governance and control according to the dhamma, followed by that of preparation management and support. The least can be seen in that of office and personal management.
2) The suggested ways of the center administration according to the dhamma were: 1) the problems seen in the office and personal management should be solved; 2) the preparation management should be paid attention; 3) the support work should be intensively focused; 4) the governance and control should be satisfied; 5) the methods to constantly improve and develop the efficacy of the educational management should be explored.
