Guideline for Personnel Administration according to Suppurisadhamma VII of Primary Schools in Bangkhuntien District Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

                   This research had the main objectives. 1) To study the personnel management according to Suppurisadhamma VII principles of primary school administrators Bang Khunthien District under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration 2) To compare studied the personnel management according to Suppurisadhamma VII principles of primary school administrators Bangkhunthien District under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 3) To suggest for personnel management according to Sappurisadhamma VII principles of primary school administrators BangKhunthien District Under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Survey research together with In-depth Interview, which is a mixed methodology research between quantitative research and qualitative research. The sampling group of 260 persons by Simple Random Sampling. The tools used for collecting data were questionnaires; Statistical analysis is the frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation (S.D.) and using t-test. One-way analysis of variance for (One Way ANOVA)


                  The results were found as follows:

              1. The opinions administration of personnel according to Sappurisadhamma VII principles of primary school administrators BangKhunthien District under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. It was found that by part and overall aspects at a high level.

              2. The comparison opinions of personnel towards personnel management according to Sappurisadhamma VII principles of the primary school administrators Bangkhunthien District under the jurisdiction of Bangkok. Classification by personal factors was found that, personnel who had gender, age and work experience with different. They had opinions with a statistically significant difference at the level 0.05. But personnel who had education difference. They had opinions administration of personnel according to Sappurisadhamma VII principles of primary school administrators BangKhunthien District Under the jurisdiction of Bangkok as a whole were not different

              3.   The Suggestions on administration of personnel according to Sappurisadhamma VII of primary school administrators BangKhunthien District Bangkok Metropolitan Administration found that, the administrators should plan human resource management both system and recruiting, determine the duty of evaluating the work and should arrange a meeting for assignment to suit the knowledge and competency of the subordinates as well. Therefore, the goal of personnel management must be clearly defined, promoting, driving the work and examining the operations in accordance with the stated goals. In order to provide opportunities for personnel to clarify comments and listen to others and help to be generous. In addition, they should be a credible personality, create faith for the general public and should develop themselves to have the knowledge, ability to keep up with the current changes and set themselves in good morals. They must place himself appropriately and behave as a model in maintaining discipline by without choosing love, pushing that hate by setting policies. And the evaluation of personnel performance to develop and improve to have work efficiency. Along with being committed to sufficiency and fit in both work and life In addition, the information should be released to the personnel to receive the correct and appropriate time. Which must be punctual and timely, allocate appropriate time to be a good example for others and create awareness for the people in the organization. Therefore, activities must be encouraged personnel together cause unity among faculty. It was a support to build good relations with the community, cooperate and do activities with the community from time to time. They must support personnel with outstanding performance to achieve the intention of work. Importantly, they should study and understand individual differences in order to ensure effective personnel management.
