In this thesis, there are three objectives of research namely, 1) to study of tenth lunar month festival in Theravada Buddhism, 2) to study of tenth lunar month festival of khamer descent of Thai people, 3) to analysis of value of tenth lunar month festival of khamer descent of Thai people in Sayao sub-district, Sirattana district, Sisaket province. This research is documentary and qualitative research and present the datam in descriptive writing including expresses the concept of researcher by focusing on objectives and wanted problems.
