Abstract

Abstract

             The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the application of Buddhist principles of administrators for administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province,  2) to compare the administratorsopinions towards the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal factors and, 3) to suggest the guidelines for the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province.

                 This research was Descriptive Research consisting of Survey Research and Qualitative Research. The sample of the research consisted of 123 administrators and teachers. The tools of the research were the questionnaire and In-depth Interview from 7 Key Informants. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation.


Results of the research

                 1. Overall, the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province in 4 aspects: 1) the academic administration with the Sappurisadhamma 7, 2) the budget administration with the Good Governance, 3) the personnel administration with the Aparihaniyadhamma 7, and 4) the general administration with the Adhipateyya 3 was at high level. When considering each aspect, it found that it was at high level.

                 2. The comparison of  the administratorsopinions towards the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal factors found that the sample having the different gender, age, education degree, job position, and work experience had the different opinion toward the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province at the 0.05 of statistical significance.Therefore, all hypotheses were denied

                 3. The guidelines for the application of the Buddhist principles of the administrators for the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department in Nakhon Sawan Province found that:

                 For the academic administration with the Sappurisadhamma 7,                      the administrators should open the opportunity for the teachers in making the curriculum development plan and academic plan, preparing the instructional management, and solving the problems reasonably.

                 For the budget administration with the Good Governance, the administrators should be deliberate and take part in making financial plan systematically and clearly, provide the organization with proper fund entirely, and contribute to conserve the expense record from various activities transparently.        

                 For the personnel administration with the Aparihaniyadhamma 7, the administrators should behave as the good example for their subordinates, give the advices with loving kindness, and promote and take part in solving problems.

                 For the general administration with the Adhipateyya 3, the administrators should decentralize the organization thoroughly, be the leader in coordinating for achieving goal of the organization effectively.
