ABSTRACT

            This research is in three objectives;- 1. Study of core the Brahmavihardhama in Tetipitaka as Buddhist Text, 2. Study of the usage of Brahmavihardhama in Thai society, 3.Presentation of the ways of application to Brahmaviharadhamma by the working men of Phitsanulok Truckauto sales company Limited. This is tha qualitative research by questionnaire as interviewpaper from simple group amout 20 guys. Its area is Phitsanulok Truck autoto, its branch is Phitsanulok only.

            In the second chapter is found that Brahmavihara is Dhamma for Podhisattava who practices and gives Dhamma to all between Dhamma practices for many years. So the development of Brahmavihara is done before Buddhist Era according to soures in Suttanta Tetipitaka by four examples namely;- Maghadeva-sutta, mahasutatsana-sutta, Mahagovinda-sutta and Dona-sutta.

            The word ‘Brahmaviara’ is transtated the Dhamma for Brahma. It is divided as Brahma+vihara. Its meaning is a creator for Induism, a parent for Buddhism. The word vihara means Iriyapathavihara, Dibbavihara, Ariyavihara and Brahmavihara. The word Brahma means the noble virtue and benefit from un-benefit.

            The third chapter is found that the application of Brahamvihara relating to the habit of Thai people because they are  kindness, compassion until they are esteemed by oversea and controlled by symphathetic joy and equanimity showing Thai people in application of Brahmavara in balance. The leader applies Brahmavihara, hometown is developed. In Business, businessmanlearn happiness not from consuming but from possession of will and Brahmavihara is regarded as successfulness of businessman.

            The fourth chapter is found that staffs of company take the application of Brahamvahara in three ways namely; -the noble teaching creates anyone as Brahma into lovingkindness, unity, wish of progress in selfife and the company. - Dhamma for me and all staffs for fine living as Brahma. -Dhamma for living happily and Dhamma for senior and whole levels of leaders guiding to the ways of successfulness.
