Abstract

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Iddhipada application level to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province. 2) to study the comparison of Iddhipada application to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province 3) to study problems and solution of the Iddhipada application level to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province. The research were quantitative research. The samplings were 152 of the 243 total of Registered Nurse in Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province by using Taro Yamane formula. The data analysis performed by a computer program for social science research with the following statistics: frequency, percentage, Mean ( ) and Standard Deviation (S.D.) for describing and testing hypotheses by t-test, F-test, One way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference : LSD .

The research findings were as follows :

1) The opinion of the Iddhipada application level to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province was overall opinion in the high level (  = 3.87, S.D. = 0.54). When considered in all aspects, Means arranged respectively from maximum to minimum were Thoughtfulness (Citta) ( = 3.94, S.D. = 0.52), Effort (Viriya) ( = 3.90, S.D. = 0.56), and the minimum level is Investigation (Vimamsa) ( = 3.80, S.D. = 0.56)   

2) The General information analysis of the comparison of Iddhipada application to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province were as follows :

    2.1 The Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province service according to the principle of Iddhipada application, had different gender were the same service mind.

    2.2 The Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province service according to the principle of Iddhipada application, had different aged were difference service mind.

    2.3 The Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province service according to the principle of Iddhipada application, had different married were difference service mind.

    2.4 The Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province service according to the principle of Iddhipada application, had different education were difference service mind.

3) The problems and solution found that over work load of staff and un balance between work load and income some personnel also thinking that others person think about this occupation is not important and lack of responsibilities when problems arise. This will effect to rack of morale to work and for the the Iddhipada application to the service mind of Registered Nurse at Somdejprasangkharach XVII hospital Suphanburi province.

Referring to The above problems, they suggest the government administrators to realize and notice the importance of Registered Nurse who works with life which leads to pressure, stress and affect to their health in long-term and required proper income to empower morale.
