Abstract

The research of The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province with the objectives was, 1)  to study The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station,  2. to compare The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province, classified by personal factors, 3. to study problems, obstacles and suggestions which relate to The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province,  4. to study the Principles of Sangahavatthu 4 for Improving The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province. It was a Mixed Methods Research.

The results of this research found that

1.  The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang  Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province in 8 aspects was at medium level of overall. When considered by each aspect found that, the benefit to society was average at the highest level, The secondary was safe and healthy working conditions, the lowest average level was the rhythm of life, found that, the police officers have been resting insufficient time, lack of time to and for self healthcare. Therefore, It should allocate sufficient manpower inadequate to the performance, which the subordinated officers can add up their time for relaxing and health care

2.  The  comparison of The Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province classified by personal factors, namely, position, sex, age, status, education level, salary and work experience was found as no difference in overall. But comparisons in each factor were found as different of age, salary and work experience of statistically significant level at 0.05.

3.  Using the Sangahavatthu 4  Principles as a guideline for improving The

Development of Life Quality in Working Performance of Police Officers, Muang Lamphun Locality Police Station, Lamphun Province, found that, it has been used for life development  quality in all aspects, consist of Dana: giving, the agency  has been promoting and supporting for help, devotion self-happiness for effectiveness activity. Piyavaca : encouraging speech for subordinated officers, kindly and politely speeches to public service users for impression. Atthacariya : no persecution of others, people, colleague, subordinated officers and Samanattata : encourage the way of lifestyle, holding self practice along with the legal framework, treat for everyone, frankly, respected to each others, including, be a good model of living.
