Abstract

The objective of this research were :1) to study the Publie participation level on the pertormance of Tontong Sub-District Moung District Lamphun  Prouince in helping the Police aetivities of provincial police station Mang  Lamphun  Distric Lamphun  prouince, 2) to compare the public participation of Tontong Sub- District in helping the police by personal factors, 3) to study the problems  obstacles with the participation of Tontong Sub- District Moung Lamphun District  in helping the police 4) to study ways to promote the participation of the people of Tontong Sub- District in helping the police. Conduct research using mixed methods research (Mixed Methods) population used in this study were the people in Tontong Sub- District Moung Lamphun District, 387, and data were collected using a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) analyzed The data were analyzed by using the questionnaire package for social science research. To determine the frequency (Frequency), percentage (Percentage) Average (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) and test hypotheses t test (t-Test) and test F (F-Test) as well. One-way analysis of variance (one - way ANOVA) was found to be different, so different test pairs. Using a least significant difference (Least Significant Difference: LSD) as part of an open-ended question that shows the problems. And suggestions The researchers grouped the issues set out in an open-ended questionnaire. Then it analyzes the frequency (Frequency) and data from interviews. The researcher grouped data (Data Grouping) The essence of the interview. Then analyzed the data content (Content Analysis Technique).

The results showed that

4. The qualitative study found that the participation of people with the help of the police, according to a new context civilizations. There is a great need to be implemented to achieve the participation of all. To fix the problem correctly match the needs of the people. The principles involved and 4 in order to ensure the implementation of more effective police.
