Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

The objectives of this research “Efficiency Management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province” are as follows : 1) To study the level of public opinion on efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province. 2) To compare the public opinion of meditation practitioners opinion on efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province and    3) To study the problem, obstacles, and suggested improvements of meditation practitioners on efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province. This research using mixed method involves the mixing of quantitive, qualitative and survey research. A questionnaire was also used as a research tool in this study. For qualitative research, an in-depth interview with key informants was selected to support the qualitative data. The sampling group for this study was 385 which using by cluster sampling. The tools used in this research was questionnaire which consisted of check-list questions, five-level rating scale, open-ended questions and interview. The researcher analysed all data by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, one way ANOVA. Least significant difference (LSD) was used the statistical significance at the 0.05 level, and open-ended questions are available on the accompanying table, the frequency of respondents. Qualitative research by In-depth interview method with 9 key Informants by using technical analysis of context.

 

The results of revealed the following :

(1) The meditation practitioners, had opinions at the most level          (  = 4.53 ) according of the meditation practitioners opinion on efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province. When considering each aspects, found that the Control and Planning at the most level. For Organizing, Staffing and Controlling, it was found at the high level for all.

(2) The comparison of the meditation practitioners opinion on efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province, were classified by personal factor. It was found that the differences in gender, age did not influence the opinions of the meditation practitioners towards on efficiency management of Wat Thasung. Therefor the hypothesis was rejected. Were classified by personal factor, it was found that the differences in education, occupation  and  experience with the temple's. It's influence the opinions of the meditation practitioners towards on efficiency management of Wat Thasung. Therefor research hypothesis were accept.

(3) The problems, obstacles and some suggest improvement concerning the efficiency management of Wat Thasung, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province. It was found that the meditation practitioners also was Planning of the Wat Thasung, planning praised by those who practice it. There is a very good plan It can be a model for the planning, other temple that cannot be planned for the year. Organizing of the Wat Thasung, organization combines the main principles in order of seniority and competence, which specifies the duties and responsibilities clearly. Staffing of the Wat Thasung, staff is very clear. The meditation practitioners, people observe religious precepts and philanthropist to great aspects get excellence service, but because Wat Thasung area a very large scale. The staff insufficient disproportionate amount of work, temple should communication to accepting applications for volunteers, in order to have more help staff. Because there are many people who want to help. but do not know the channels to contact. Directing of the Wat Thasung, directing is a form of communication, both verbal command. Order in writing and used in the command Line System. Wat Thasung can be solving problem, made quickly and timely patch management is very well done. Controlling of the Wat Thasung, controlling is the heart of a regulatory, is to the regulations and the rules, prohibit the practice for practitioners clearly, thus resulting in better control. If there is a problem, It will conduct a meeting and resolve the problem effectively.

Synthesis of knowledge gained from research, found that knowledge management principles by mix methods management approach WATTANA Model. The cycle was management principles for how the 5 principles and 10 conditions for corporate executives to use as a basis for management to be effective without end. Which can start from : 1) Planning, you can start from planning management principles by mix methods management approach. There are two main conditions to prepare of Master Plan and Action Plan System in the context of the planning process. 2) Organizing, you can start from organization management principles by mix methods management approach. There are two main conditions to prepare of Level System and the Merit System in the context of the organization management process. 3) Staffing, you can start from staffing management principles by mix methods management approach. There are two main conditions to prepare of Function and Responsibility in the context of the management staffing process.      4) Directing, you can start from directing management principles by mix methods management approach. There are two main conditions to prepare of Command and Conference in the context of the directing management process. 5) Controlling, you can start from controlling management principles by mix methods management approach. There are two main conditions to prepare of Rule of law and Regulations in the context of the controlling management process, respectively 1-5, or can be started from 3, 4, 5, 1, 2 or beginning of the process, 5, 1, 2, 3, 4 is a circuit that is not the end of the tool allows the management to be effective.
