Abstract

Abstract

 

             The objectives of the study were 1) to study the work efficiency of Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai Province, 2) to study the quality of life according to the five precepts of personnel’s Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province, 3) to study the relationship between work efficiency and the quality of life according to five precepts of the personnel’s Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province and 4) to study the quality of integration according to five precepts and work efficiency and the quality of life according to five precepts of personnel’s Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province. This research was a mixed method research by using the quantitative research. The research study was survey research. The sample includes 142              of personnel’s Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province. The research data were collected by questionnaires and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard, deviation and analysis and correlation using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient with statistically significant at the 0.05 level. This study was qualitative research by using documentary research and to in-depth interview with a group of key 11 persons and the data was analyzed by descriptive interpretation.

 

The findings of this research were found as follows:

1) The work efficiency of Sankamphaeng sub-district municipality, Sankamphaeng district, Chiang Mai Province, the overall was at high level (=3.99). When considering into each aspect was at the highest all aspects, with an average of descending order the following; processes (= 4.11), individuals (= 4.01) and output (= 3.86).

2) The quality of life according to the five precepts of San Kamphaeng sub-district municipality, Chiang Mai province, the overall was at high level (= 4.15), when considering into each aspect was at high level for all sides, with an average of descending order, the provision of security to the property (= 4.20), the safety of life (= 4.19), the sincerity in the performance (= 4.14) and the protection of intellectual (= 4.11), and the provision of security to families (= 4.09).

 

3) The relationship between work efficiency and quality of life according to the five precepts of personnel of San Kamphaeng sub-district municipality, San Kamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province found that the overall work efficiency were positive correlation high level with the quality of life according to the five precepts of personnel of San Kamphaeng sub-district municipality with statistically significant at the 0.05 level .

4) The integrating quality of life according to the five precepts and work efficiency of personnel of San Kamphaeng sub-district municipality, San Kamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province as follows: (1) the provision of security of life found that the administrators should find the cause of the problem, pointed out the danger of encroachment, to warn and evaluate of working. (2) the provision of security to the property found that the administrator should aware of the danger of corruption,               to be the leader to give alms, duties with devotion. (3) the providing security for the family found that provide the knowledge to the dressing of personnel, indicated the penalty of sexual misconduct and having the measures of deterrence. (4) the sincerity of performance found that should be cultivated the good manners of speech when getting people into work. Administrators should provide positive reinforcement by giving praise and should be a good example in speaking. (5) the protection of intellectual found that should be provided the seminar activity, persuade the importance of maintaining healthy and reducing activities that may cause of drinking.
