This research applied the Documentary Research methodology collecting data from Tipitaka, academic textbooks, related documents and researches, analyzing contents and summary of the researches, and then summarizing all of those studies.

The research findings are as follows:

1) the operational approach of the Administrative Monks on the propagation of the Buddha’s teachings is by teaching or guiding people by using the Buddha’s teaching or Buddhism doctrines as a framework as well as integrating them with the modern society.

2) the operations of District Public Training Unit in Takhli, Nakhonsawan Province started in 1975 and then was reorganized in 2003; however, the administrative monks’ roles might not been recognized.  The monks embraced the Buddha’s intention of announcing to and training any people in the world including the  Nirvana which is the highest aim of the Buddha’s teachings.

3) the achievement of the  Buddhism propagation of the Administrative Monks in Takhli, Nakhonsawan Province could be acknowledged in 1977.  This was a result of the cooperation in developing teaching techniques including various propagation models amongst the changing modern society as well as the advanced communication technology.  This means that the achievement of the Buddhism propagation of the Administrative Monks would be partly from using the advanced communication which could make the Buddha’s teaching more interesting.

In conclusion, the Administrative Monks have applied the Buddha’s meritocracy methods as one key for managing Buddhism administration in Takhli, Nakhonsawan Province.  The methods have included the Dhammadhipateyya (the supremacy of the Dhamma) as the guideline for managing the Buddhism administration.  Moreover, the Buddhism propagation shall be properly adapted to changing society but shall still maintain Pariyatti (the Scriptures), Patipatti (the practice), and Pativedha (the penetration) in any implementation making the Buddhism highly flourished in the future.
