Abstract

 

Abstract

              The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province, 2) to compare the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province.

          This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 377 people at Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-Depth interview from the 9 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One-way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

 

 

Results of the Research

              1. Overall, the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province was at the middle level (=3.35) When considering each aspect, it was found that Attacariya (useful conduct) was at the highest level (=3.41). Then, Piyavaca (kindly speech) and Samanattata (equal treatment) were(=3.33).  However, Dana (giving) was at the lowest level (=3.32).

 

2. The comparison of the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province found that the people having the different gender, age, degree of education and income had no the opinion toward the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. However, the people having the different occupation had the opinion toward the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province at 0.05 of statistical significance. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied. 

              3. The problems and obstacles of the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province were that the staff had the insufficient knowledge and understanding in the work system, was unable to give the advice and the information clearly, and did not speak beautifully to the people. Moreover, the organization had the insufficient facilities such as drinking water, newspaper and toilet.

          The suggestions for the satisfaction to People to the Application of Sangahavatthusdhamma in Services at the Khongphai Sub-District Administrative Organization in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province were that that the staff should serve with the fairness and the consistence to people, pay attention to the people, and have the service mind. Moreover, the staff should speak beautifully, and be trained in the service to the people. The organization should provide the facilities sufficient to the demand such as parking, toilet, and cue card.
