The purposes of this research were: 1) to study application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal Lomsak district Phetchabun province, 2) to compare the opinions of people about  application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province, and 3) to study the Problems, trouble and suggestion about application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province.

This research is mixed-research between quantitative research by survey research and qualitative research. The sample group in this research was  people in responsible areas of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province 388 persons by using method of Taro Yamane. The data collection instrument was questionnaire. There are reliability levels at 0.932. The statistics for data analyses are frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test and F-test. Data analysis methods are One Way ANOVA by Least Significant Difference: LSD and qualitative research by In-depth. interview method with 8 key informants by using technical analysis of context.

The results of the research revealed that:

1. The people had application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province in overall view at the high level       ( = 3.70). Considering the average each sides by sorting from very  to less are side of Chittha at ( = 3.87), side of Viriya at ( = 3.70), side of Vimangsa at           ( =3.69) , and side of  Chantha at ( = 3.68)  which  all at a high level.

2. The results of the comparison opinion of people toward application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province which classified by personal factors found that people who had different gender, status, and occupation had opinions not different.

3. The problems and trouble about application of Iddhipada in administration of Lomsak municipal  Lomsak district Phetchabun province found that Lomsak municipality had prepared a development plan according to their own ideas Which did not give people the chance to participate for checking budgets and problem-solving together.

Suggestions included: Lomsak municipality should have survey about opinion and demand of public in the area, then proposed plan to formulate a policy which fully meets the requirements of the people. Lomsak municipality should give opportunities for people to participate with project / activity /checking budget for problem-solving together in the next year to be truly useful to the public.
