Abstract

                                         ABTRACT

         The main objectives of this research are: 1) to study the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation of Phra Dhamsinghaburajan                 (Charun Thitadhammo) 2) to study the models in the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation of Phra Dhamsinghaburajan (Charun Thitadhammo) and 3) to study the presentation of situation of the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation of             Phra Dhamsinghaburajan (Charun Thitadhammo). This research is the qualitative research studies by using in-depth interview, guideline with fifteen people of           Key Informant and documentaries research.

The results of this research found that:

1. Phra Dhamsinghaburajan had a leadership in Buddhism Propagation in accordance with the theory of leadership, leadership-oriented reforms with a vision and inspire people to be able to use their vision to be clear into action so that they can work on to achieve better, by giving priority to others rather than putting their own right as well as the trust of others to help the strengths building and reduce the weaknesses of the follower and be able to understand each issue that related to the performance of the institute. This concept emphasized the need for leaders to have an understanding and be able to adapt according to the needs and motivations of the people based on their behavior is a good example to others, so then the leadership reform have been influence on the success of the institute in the era of globalization. The leadership of the Dhamma Buddhist principle found that leadership is a factor that is critical for leadership and management at all levels and how to make self-leadership is the ability to create a leadership to themselves also the definition or the meaning of the leadership are vary according to the perspective of each. There are two styles of the leadership in Buddhism, namely Dhamma king and the appearance of the king.

 

2) The models in the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation of          Phra Dhamsinghaburajan (Charun Thitadhammo) 1. Teach to understand and briefly explain clearly, this teaching model based on how to use the rhetoric to explain the difficult into the simple by comparison with the wording and metaphors because in somecase if not a comparison, the audience can not understand, especially the case study abstract. By the way, the lord of Buddha often taught by using personification model, frequency we cannot explain the abstract case study for describing salinity cannot be described using words understood until put the salt in the mouth and they knew the salty flavor. Therefore, the lord Buddha called “Perceiving” is to know only their cause and effect. 2. Teach the Vipassana Meditator came in from the field with real influence. Teach a better understanding of the obvious and see the viewpoint as the teaching model such as described in the teaching of the law of karma will cause the subordination of it as though it were persuaded to compliance with the teaching model. It must be accepted and implemented. 3. Teach the people to courage and enthusiasm to follow or take them seriously, not concerned with the tired and discouraged. Wake up to the industry to actively ensure success. 4. Teach the Vipassana meditator cheerful and full of joy, this is a way to retrieve a practitioner and listener better get rid of the boredom because the mind of the practitioner looks funny, freshy and bright in while studying art is to use your hands or a device to show the way rhetoric is the accessory to personality the learner has thorough understanding through the clear button is not suspect and hope not boring.

3) The presentation of situation of the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation of Phra Dhamsinghaburajan (Charun Thitadhammo) based on principles of four foundations of mindfulness by mindfully contemplating on the Body, on Feelings, on the Mind and on Mind, called this teaching model “Vipassana meditation” throughout the defined in the meditations of the standing, walking, sitting and sleepping with the sub-meditations along with the four foundations of mindfulness to be a technique and model of the leadership in the Buddhism Propagation based doctrine of the Pali Tipitaka to teaching and Vipassana Meditation based on principles of four foundations of mindfulness, especially “Standing meditation” started to practice by visualize standing, and start from the top of your head five times standing. “Standing.” “Standing.” “Standing.” “Standing.” “Standing.” from the top of head to the tip and upward from the tip up to the head “Five times” and then ready to go to the walking meditation. This is the teaching model practice Vipassana Meditation that is unique to the Wat Ambhavan, Sing buri province.
