Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

             The objectives of this research were 1) to study Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training Of Sangha Administrators in Kamphaeng Phetch Province, 2) to study the comparison of the Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha Administrators in Kamphaeng Phetch Province, 3) To study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha Administrators in Kamphaeng Phetch Province. The research methodology was the mixed method research between the quantitative and qualitative methods. The ways to collect the data were used as in depth interview with 12 key informants and survey research. The sampling group of this research was 369 monks who were in Kamphaeng Phetch Province. The tool was used for data collection was the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by ready social sciences program and the statistics were used by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; F-test by one way analysis of variance; ANOVA, and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD.

 

The findings of this research were as following :

1. The opinion of monks for Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha dministrator in Kamphaeng Phetch Province, in overall found that was a high level as an average 4.10 when considered in each side found that all spects were a high level that arrange the first was Pañña (Pañña development) was the highest level as an average 4.17, later Smadhi (Mental development) as an average 4.08 and the least was Sila (Behavior development ) as an average 4.05

 

1. The comparisons of the monks opinions for Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha Administrator in Kamphaeng Phetch Province, classified by personal data found that monks who had the differences of age, level of Dhamma Education, level of general education had indifferently by statistically significant at the 0.05 level. It accepted the hypothesis. In the other hand the monks who had the differences of year of ordinary, level of Dhamma Education. They had opinion for Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha Administrator in Kamphaeng Phetch Province differently by statistically significant at the 0.05 level. It rejected the hypothesis.         

                2. Problems, obstacle and suggestions about the Human Resource Development with The Threefold Training of Sangha Administration in Kamphaeng Phetch Province found that (1) Sila : Behavior evelopment, the sangha administrator should be supported monks study dhamma discipline more than now and be trained about hygienic condition (2) Smadhi : Mental development, the sangha administrators should be encouraged monks to active for education and should be set activity for new monks and (3) Pañña : Pañña Development, the sangha administrators should be practiced monks to become to lead and taught them about  discipline education to the Buddhist monks for the importance and the advantage of the discipline and priestly monk something should be seek the way corrects to cooperate hierarchy to the tangibles.
