The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province, 2) to study the opinion of the people towards the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub - District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province, classified by the personal factors and 3) to study a problems, obstacles and suggestions the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province. The research used mixed research methodology both of quantitative and qualitative research. The sample consisted of the people with the age of 18 years upward an amount 382 from the 8,446 persons in the area of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization was made by means of sampling by using the formula of Taro Yamane with questionnaires. Data analysis used the following statistics such as: frequencies, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, f-test, One way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD. The qualitative used in-depth interview with key informants by used the content analysis technique.
The research findings were as follows:
1) The administration according to good governance of Bankhok Sub - District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province. The overall were in the high level ( = 3.82, S.D. = 0.401) when considered in each aspect, was found all aspects were on a high level. In descending order as follows : The equity ( = 3.88, S.D. = 0.484), the Integrity ( = 3.80, S.D. = 0.500), the transparency ( =3.84, S.D. = 0.471), The Participation ( =3.77, S.D. = 0.480), The Accountability ( = 3.79, S.D. = 0.508), and the cost effectiveness ( = 3.84, S.D. = 0.480).
2) The study opinion of the people towards the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province classified by the personal factors, such as: gender, age, education, occupation, income and experience found that the people to have different gender and income have the opinion to the administration according to good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province did not different, hypothesis were rejected. Whereas the people to have different age, education, occupation and experience have the opinion towards the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization significantly statistically different at the 0.05 level
3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions about the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province such as : the executive of Sub-District Administrative Organization has to bring the principles of good governance applied to the administration of Sub-District Administrative Organization to have the organization administration to be in the same direction. That was to emphasize the right way to the laws and the principle of good governance. The Sub-District Administrative Organization should be support the personnel to see the common benefit. More than oneself and should be support the harmony among the personnel within the organization to lead the efficiently management.
4) For the result of In-Depth Interview of the key informants about the administration in accordance with good governance of Bankhok Sub-District Administrative Organization Muang District Mukdahan Province, can be concluded as follow: The executive of Sub-District Administrative Organization have to bring the principles of good governance applied in the positively administration in strategic planning to be consistent with needs of the people by taken the principles of accuracy, fairness and equality to have the operation be transparent in the resource management that has a limited to have cost have high benefit to the community.
