The Administrative efficiency of management of Champasak Buddhist college, Lao people’s Democratic Republic

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1. to study the efficiency of work management of Champasak Ecc. Collage in  The Democratic Republic of Lao. 2. to comparatively study the opinions to the efficiency of work management of Champasak Ecc. Collage in  The Democratic Republic of Lao. dividing as a personal factor and 3. to study the problems, obstacles and proposals of the efficiency of work management of Champasak Ecc. Collage in  The Democratic Republic of Lao.  This research method was survey research. The data were collected by using the questionnaire to 152 student monks who have been studying in Champasak Ecc. Collage, Pakse District, Champasak Province in  The Democratic Republic of Lao. The instrument used for collecting the data was the questionnaire, produced by the researcher which the confidence equalled 0.962. The data were analysed with evaluating percentage, mean and standard deviation, presenting in the form of descriptive table. the statistic used for testing the hypothesis made by doing t-test and analysing one way variation “ One Way ANOVA” with statical package for social science .
The research findings were as follows
1. The monks’ opinions to the efficiency  management of Chanpasak Ecc. College were at the high level with the mean = 3.76, S.D.= 0.114 When considering as the aspects found that in the academic aspect, they were of opinions that the efficiency management was at the high level = 3.71, S.D. = 0.833. The second one was in the aspect of administration, it was at the medium level = 3.29, S.D. = 0.788. The last one was in the aspect of academic subject, it was also at the medium level  = 3.29, S.D. = 0.268.
2. The comparing the monks’ opinions to the efficiency management of Chanpasak Ecc. College divided as a personal status, found that the monks who gender, age, rains-retreat and year class were different, would have the different opinions to the efficiency management of Chanpasak Ecc. College with statistic significance at the level 0.01. It agreed with the hypothesis. The student monks who age and educational level were different would not have the different opinions.
3.  The problems, obstacles and proposals for management in Chanpasak Ecc. College found that the problems and obstacles occurring in Campasak Ecc. College were some officials have less skills of learning source development and producing educational medias. The college lacks the budget to support the officials to hold the knowledge and ability of producing educational medias. The officials lack the participation in developing and improving the work management in the college. The officials are very less free to decide to commit the assigned work. The personnel management system of using the building places is not good, for effect on the environment arrangement in the college and it is no useful for learning and teaching management.
4. The proposals will be as follows that the administrators and personnel should support and develop the learning source within and out the community including allocate the budget supporting the personnel to be trained in producing the educational medias and purchase the modern educational instruments. For the budget that must be informed to the meeting every time for paid and can be examined. For the general management. The administrators should give a chance to the personnel to have the role to present their opinion in the meeting or to the administrators on the developing and improving the college work management.
