Abstract

  The purposes of this research are(1) tostudy the human resource management in PhrapariyattidhammaSchoolsBangkok(2) to compare the human resource management in PhrapariyattidhammaSchoolsBangkok(3) to study the problems,obstacles and suggestion in human resource management in PhrapariyattidhammaSchools Bangkok. The independent variables were gender, age, qualification, position andwork experience. There were a total of 115 samples group. The research instruments were questionnaires form prepared by the researcher with 0.95 reliability gained. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent sample), One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison method.

The research findings were as follows:
1.The human resource management in PhrapariyattidhammaSchools Bangkok in 5 categories were high in aspects. When it’s considered in each aspect, it’s found that the average scores were highest in every area. It’s ordered from high to low as follow themanpower discipline and observing, planning and placement, efficiency enhancement, recruitment and appointment and retirement.
2.The results of hypothesis testing found that the teachers with differences in gender, age, position and work experience have different opinions on human resource management in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools with not statistically significant .05 levels. These testify the hypothesis to be true.
3. The problems are the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok have a budget for management in each year insufficiently and unclearly which affects to the administration and planning of other sides, lack of coordination and notification of information within an organization to personnels to be aware of some works are not direct line. However, there still areSuggestion from the administrators and teachers commented. As follow there should be supposed to convey new knowledge and training to personnels with current technologies and event management. The manpower of teacher supply should be clear and provide them clearly with a group vanity. There should beadevelopment ability in their responsibilities. And should take the resultsof this study to be a guidance in humanresource management component of PhrapariyattidhammaSchoolsBangkok to improve the quality and efficiency profitably.
