  ThisresearchisThePersonalOpinionstoAdministratorsTowardTheBrahmaviharaIVSakonNakhonCityMunicipalSchoolsMuangDistrictSakonNakhon Province On Education Administrationsin Four Sublime States of Mind’s a survey research with the following objectives: 1) To study the viewof The Personal Opinions to Administrators Toward The Brahmavihara IV SakonNakhon City Municipal SchoolsMuangDistrictSakonNakhonProvince,2)TocomparethePersonalOpinionstoAdministrators Toward The Brahmavihara IV SakonNakhon City Municipal Schools Muang District SakonNakhon Province, 3)Tostudy the problems Barriers andoffers guidelines forthemanagementoftheschoolsadministratorstowardtheBrahmaviharaIVSakonNakhon City Municipal Schools Muang District SakonNakhon Province       

Four primary school of sample group used for this research comprising 113 members of the Personal. The instrument used for this research isfive Levels whichare derived by comparing random sample of RVKrejecieDWMogran statistical tables used inthedataanalysis.Thefrequencyandpercentage(Percentage)Average(Mean)andstandard deviation(Standard Deviation)statistical test (t-test) and statistical analysis, ANOVA (One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test) using statistical analysis software packages.
