Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study and compare the opinions of desirable personnel management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College According to Four Iddhipadas  2) to study the factor that affect Desirable Management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College According to Four Iddhipadas  3) Guidelines for Desirable Management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College According to Four Iddhipadas  by polling executive faculty of  the college in academic year 2556 B.E. The mixed research was employed for the study. Firstly the quantitative research was applied for collecting the empirical data. The population  of the study consisted of 31 faculty members. The  sample of 28 faculty members have been obtained by Purposive Sampling. Then analyzed the data by using finished statistical program with a social science .To provide appropriate and consistent with the data, they have been gathered to use the statistics in data analysis by frequency , mean and standard deviation. The comparison by means of testing  hypotheses performed the t-test One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD).The in-depth Interview has been done from the key informants. The collar assembly using content analysis context has been performed, and suggestion by analyzing and synthesizing data.
The result showed that the administrators and faculty feedback to management Desirable Management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College According to Four Iddhipada . The overall revel ( =3.77) considering the high level and when considered and also found that persistence and scrutiny in the medium . when compaired the opinion of administrators and faculty there are  divided opinions on the business manager desirable status to dominate gender ,education , work experience ,and role in college overall, no difference .when considering each side and if found no difference.  Thus rejecting the resolution when viewed in the research base and divide by personal factor were gender, education , work experience ,and role in college overall, no difference. According to the statistical at .05 level therefore reject the hypothesis. And also found that the status  of the reigning sex. When considered it also found to vary according to the statistical significance. So that fine assumption
Model for the development of desirable management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College According to Four Iddhipadas . Which have personal who perform the duties and tasks assigned based on framework by Four Iddhipadas  Chanda, Viriya, Citta and Vimamsa . on a compliance framework by Four Iddhipadas  . The desirable management of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College according to Four Iddhipadas should be as follows :

Therefore the principle which to be done people should have a keen desire to work with is always willing to work get good result even more industrious entrepreneur which unflinching efforts hardiness mind concerned. People should have the mental awareness of the mission assigned by the mental practice with idea not concentrate the mind drift dedicated mind to the truly practical and persistant use of intellectual contemplation surveillance for reasons check the slack in the task significant need to put certainty how to measure and how to improve work better all the time.
