Abstract

  The objectives of this research are  to study the academic administration of the primary school teachers under the Office of Chomthong District, Bangkok Metropolis, . to compare the opinion of the teachers’ academic administration and  finally. to study the problem, obstacle and proposal of the way of  the academic administration of the primary school teachers under the Office of Chomthong District, Bangkok. 159 teachers were used as a sampling group for this research study. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The statistic used in the research was percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and One-Way ANOVA, with determining the statistical significance at the level of 0.05.

From the research result, it has been found that
1. The academic administration of the primary school teachers under the Office of Chomthong District, Bangkok Metropolis, as a whole, the mean was at the high level. The order from high to low was the aspect of learning and teaching management, measurement and assessment, educational activities, educational environment and applying the educational medias
2. From the result of , opinion  in was found that the opinions were different with the significance at the level 0.05, these were the aspects of learning and teaching management, applying educational medias and educational environment. These were in coincidence with the set hypothesis.
3.The main problem of the academic administration of the primary school teachers managed under the Office of Chomthong. District, Bangkok Metropolis were that the analysing, planning. learning and teaching management and integration must be adjusted. The personnel must be developed to possess the ability of producing modern educational medias. The personnel experienced in using educational medias was less. Unreadiness. of equipments for educational activity, knowing and understanding the measurement and assessment as the learning content and the lack of pre-test and post-test.
The proposals for the academic administration of the primary school teachers opinion under the Office of Chomthong District, Bangkok Metropolis, was that it should procure the experienced personnel, analyse, plan and integrate the learning and teaching management in order to apply in life and develop the personnel to be able to produce and use the educational medias. The atmosphere in the classroom should be arranged properly to some teaching subjects. The equipments used for activity should be supplied sufficiently. It should procure the officials who have known and understood the measurement and assessment as the learning content. The pre-test and post-test should be done in order to examine students’ readiness and advance.
