ABSTRACT

                     The purpose of this research was to study An Attitude of Teachers Towards Administration Accordance with IV Sangahavatthu in Network School, First Group Talingchan, Bangkok in 4 aspects as follow:

                     The principles of the Academic Administration, Human resource management, Administration budget and General management, compared an attitude of teachers towards administration accordance with IV Sangahavatthu. The independent were the variables separated sex, age, educational background and working experiences and samples chose in the research were 123 in total. The research instruments were questionnaire form prepared by the researcher and reliability 0.94. The statistics used of the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent sample), (One-way ANOVA), and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison method. And the every data analysis used the complete window programs in my computer.

                     The research findings  has found that as follow:

                     1. The levels of An Attitude  of Teachers Towards Administration Accordance with IV Sangahavatthu in Network School, First Group Talingchan , Bangkok in 4 aspects were overall  at a high level. When it’s considered in aspect, it’s ordered from the most to less respectively like the administration budget, academic administration, general management.  

                     2. The results of hypothes is testing has found that the teachers with  differences of education background. There was the attitude towards administration accordance with IV Sangahavatthu differently by statistically different 0.05 levels which met to the assumptions that the teachers were differences of education background were different attitude towards administration accordance with IV Sangahavatthu. The teachers were different sex, age and working experiences by not the statistically Signifiatly different 0.05 levels which were not met the assumptions that the teachers were different sex, age and working experiences were different attitude towards administration accordance with IV Sangahavatthu.

                     3. Suggestion for this research had recognized An Attitude  of Teachers Towards Administration Accordance with IV Sangahavatthu in Network School, First Group Talingchan, Bangkok that they should set as their principles in developing curriculum in according to locality in network school, first group Talingchan Bangkok, the principles should give some gift for the morale for teachers in appropriate opportunities, the principles should approve budget in sufficient demand quickly and the principles should advertise the education data thoroughly.
