Research Title: The Roles of Teachers in Academic Service to the Society, Buddhachinarat Sangha College, Phitsanulok.
ABSTRACT
A study of research on The Roles of Teachers in Academic Services to the Society, its object is the study of actual roles, expected roles and problems, obstruction in the academic service to the society of teachers in Buddhachinarat Sanha College, Phitsanulok.
This research, its area is Phitsanulok. The thousand of people and one hundred and twenty eight of group of are limited in this research. The bodies of research is the roles of academic service in the four parts, namely;- the role of learning source, the role of professional instruction, the role of religious action and the role of instruction for economic estimate. The research is quantitative and qualitative form, its statics is description by number and percentage, mean, deviation, its qualitative form is essay in a word-block.
The result of research is found that the actual role belongs to mean at 2.90 , the level of medium. Each role of four roles, namely;- the role of academic service by learning source belongs to mean at 3.00, its level is medium. The role of academic service by professional instruction belongs to mean at 2.78, its level is medium. The role of academic service by religious activity belongs to mean at 3.11, its level is medium. The role of academic service by instruction for economic estimate belongs to mean at 2.71, its level is medium.
The expected role of society in the part of learning source belongs to mean at 3.63, the level of much. This is shown the expectation of society is much level than the actual part. All of part are clearly considered, it will found that: - The role of academic service by the learning source belongs to mean at 3.70, its level is medium. The role of academic service by the professional instruction belongs to 3.52, its level is much. The role of academic service by the religious activity belongs to mean at 3.82, its level is much. The role of academic service by the economic estimate belongs to mean at 3.51, its level is much. The third objective is the study of problem and obstruction of the teachers from social service. The form of the objective is qualitative. It is divided into 4 parts, namely;- finance, timing, communication and participant. One of them is the weight in the finance.
