ABSTRACT
   
          Buddhachinaraj Sangha College had built the radio station and made the programmes of Dhamma for 8 years, but it was not been evaluation. So, this research is to study administration and overall operation of  Buddhist Radio Station, Buddhachinarat Sangha College. The questionnaires were done from the administrators, stuffs at amount of 20 persons and from  the listeners of  program at amount of 92 persons. The result  of research was analyzed by the division of frequency, mean, standard deviation and the comparison of its result in sides between independent variable in status, age and education with t-test or the analysis of its transformation.   Its result was concluded as follows:-
         20 programmers of Dhamma radio was divided into 9 monks, 10 layment as administrators,  4 monks, 3 laymen as staff. The 2 persons in the age of 20-29, 9 persons in the age of 30-39, 5 persons in the age of 40-49, 4 persons up in the age of 50.     The programmers, administrators and staffs advised in the interviews with acceptance and suggestion.
         92 listeners of radio program  are divided into 33 monks, 59 laymen. 5 persons in the age between below 20, 33 persons in the age between 20-29, 44 persons in the age of between 30-49 and 10 persons in the age between 50 up. The education of listeners are divided into 62 persons of the level M.6, 9 persons of the level Professional Certificate, 11 persons of the level below Bachelor, 11 persons higher bachelor and 22 persons of the level continuous education.
        The forms of radio program consists of 10 programs are divided into main points and one who propagates as a monk, layman and  their views in 3 sides, namely:- the knowledge got from radio program listened at mean of  3.54, at S.D. of .641, its  level is much. The satisfaction from radio program listened at mean of 3.41, at S.D. of .682. Its level is middle. The need from radio program listened at mean of 3.56, at S.D. of .637. Its level is much.
