ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to study the management of education, to study the learning and the teaching at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya to study the problems and suggestions of people who are involved in learning and teaching at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Exemplary group used in this study is of 318 persons and the tools used to collect data for this study is a questionnaire. The five-level scale is divided into five aspects of education, namely: 1. on the point of education, 2. on the point of learning and teaching, 3. on the point of curriculum, 4. on the point of evaluation and measurement and 5. on the point of the building and facilities.
The researcher has given the questionnaires by myself and the analyzing of data by analyzing the frequency, finding out the percentage of the general data, finding the average of the arithmetic and finding out the standard deviation.
From the research, it is found that the stata of the persons who answered the questionnaires are 196 Buddhist monks, at the rage of 85.22 %, the 5 lay people and the 3 nuns (Bhikkhuni) at the rage of 1.30 %. All of them are of the number of 204. From the research, it is found that the foreign students have the viewpoint at the middle level of five sides.
