ABSTRACT

           The research on the topic of the Effectiveness of Financial and Account Administration at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Khonkaen Campus was having two objectives as follows; 1) to study the result of the effectiveness of financial and account administration at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Khonkaen campus, and 2) to study the contentment of administrators, teachers, staff and students of  MCU, Khonkaen campus towards the financial and account administration.

      This research  consisted of 242 population.  They are 30 administers, 52 teachers, 10 financial and account staff, 150 students and outsiders who came to contact with the financial and account section at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Khonkaen campus. The sample groups consisted of  20 administrators, 7 financial and account staff, 35 teachers and 90 students and outsiders.

        The data were analyzed by the frequency distribution  percentage, mean (x) and  Standards Deviation (S.D.) The research tools were the questionnaires with rating scale of  5 levels; Very much,  Much, Middle, Few, and Least. The researcher herself collected all data by giving the first questionnaire on the opinions of financial and account administration and the second questionnaire on the contenments of administrators, teachers, staff  and students  of  MCU, Khonkaen campus.

        It was found that;

      On personnel, their opinions on financial and account administration, on the whole  are in the level 'much' When considering for each group, it was found that administrators,  teachers and students and outsiders expressed their opinions in the level ‘much’, While the financial and account staff expressed their own opinions in the level middle.  It is the some with on the structure of administration, the opinions on financial and account administration, on the whole,  are in the level ‘much’ and administrators, teachers students and outsiders expressed their opinions in the level ‘much’ while financial and account staff expressed their opinion in middle level.

         On following up and evaluating, opinions on the result of financial and account administration are as a whole, in the level ‘much’, and  financial and account staff  teachers students’ and outsiders expressed opinions in the level ‘much’, and it is the same with the other aspects.   That is, on the whole, the opinions concerning the result of financial and account administration are in the level ‘much’.  When considering for each group, it was found all the groups expressed their opinions in the high level.  It is as found that the contentment of administrators, teachers, staffs and students on financial and account administration is  in  the high level.
